In Indiana it's actually an experience of ALL the seasons.

Although I really like the idea of summer year round.

Summer, it can get very humid. (80%+)

Winter can get very cold. The coldest I've ever see it here with wind chill was about -40.

If there were ever normal years.

It would look like

Spring tolerable above the 30's and 40's.
Summer high 80's mid 90's with probably high humidity.
Fall starting to get below the 70's.
Winter at the freezing point or below.

Default So Cal girl

My whole life I lived in Southern California and now I live where the current temp. is -1. This is not normal but it does suck. Washed my SUV today and couldn't open the back doors to get my kids out You will never feel "Arizona" heat here but this palce is so pretty for so many reasons. Also, there are NO mountains here whatsoever.

Default don't kid yourself

it is frickin' freezin here...and i live in indy 2hours south - an "itch" to move to Ft Wayne? Cant say i comprehend that one...DOnt get me wrong, where i live in Northside Indy is a great place to raise a family - great schools, cheap housing, low crime, low cost of living etc, but it is very grey and cold for a good part of the year. We are looking to move afte 45 years of lving in Midwest.
