Thanks for being cool this year, my first year as a moderator. A few valleys here and there, but many more peaks 
I think I may "retire" some of the threads in an effort to revitalize ... out with the old kind of thing. I hope you don't mind. I'll lock most, not delete them. I still think that some of the comments are worthwhile reading. Some of the older threads, I'll delete.
As always, feel free to DM me with any concerns. I can always be persuaded to change my feeble mind

A little bit of a belated Happy New Year to all of you! My family and I went away to the sunshine state right after Christmas and just returned. We're happy we missed some of the bitter cold and snow, but we did experience a couple of record cold days in FL. (oh, the irony of being from the midwest and purchasing a fleece jacket in FL...)
It should be a fascinating year to be a Hoosier!
And Dgurl...you're doing a fine job. Next time you're headed to B-ton let me know. Maybe we can meet for a coffee.
