What's this place like? Small city? Blue collar?

Although it might have the form of government which is classified as a city, it's definitely not what most would consider a small city. It's a small town--about 12,000 people. Mostly rural areas surrounding the town with an enclave of Amish people living nearby. It's not uncommon to see buggies on the street. Many of the businesses are related to farming.
