Those are nice. It's the Stonegates estates neighborhood, I believe. Precision has a very good reputation for bulding homes. The thing is, that area used to be completely empty and is now being built upon left and right. It can get crowded with the Post Office, Theater, DMV, etc. Nonetheless, still a nice place to live.

Stone Bridge Estates actually...and Precision does build a very nice home...we're most likely going to go with them regardlesss of where we build.
