thanks. are these income based? I saw online that it said income restrictions...does that mean it's only for low income? I guess I assumed they were nicer than that.

One of my buddies lived there when we were in college. I have no idea if they are income restricted or not. I can tell you, he was a poor college student, so he would have had no trouble qualifying for that. The apartment he lived in was nice. If memory serves, washer and dryer is included in every apartment, which is why he lived there.
