Job transfer to Kokomo
Hi, I may be getting transfered to Kokomo and need to know a good area to live near there. I'd like to find something with some space for my two dogs, good high school for my daughter and not too expensive. Thanks

I met a lot of people who live in Noblesville (Noblesville HS) or Arcadia (Hamilton Height HS) that commute up to Kokomo.

Tipton County is a good place to live and right next to Howard County, Kokomo . Prices on houses are lower too.

I recommend an area that's about 4 miles SW of Kokomo, and about 4 miles west of US 31, down Alto Rd.-- the town of West Middleton alto road, kokomo - Google Maps.
I must admit it's been years since I lived in that area, but I was there last year visiting a friend, the former long-time Principal of the local high school there. Speaking of the local high school, it's an excellent school with outstanding facilities-- Western High School, home of the Western Panthers! Western School Corporation
Best wishes.

Awe heck, I just realized that this thread originated back in February!!
This guy's probably long since either moved, or laid out the plans to do so. Hope so anyways.
Oh well, what can you do?
