Just took these ... I liked how the sunset was hitting my new greenery with the contrasting red in my red dogwood ... I love the color green this time of year ... very fresh:
Remember my hyacinths that were popping a couple weeks ago .. well, they bloomed and the storms last night completely wiped them out. I found them this morning lying on the ground, so I cut them and put them in a pretty glass basket:

And jealousy continues to rear its ugly head.... 
Domergurl, those spring storms damaging my flowers (when they finally do bloom) make me so sad, but at least you were able to find your hyacinths and make a beautiful bouquet out of them! I can almost smell them through the computer....aahhhh.  |

Yea, they are making my kitchen smell fresh ... I can't describe the smell any other way ...
Here's one I took this morning. I call him Fat Albert. He arrived in January when the ground was still frozen ... idiot bird ... he managed to peck a hole in the ice to get a drink ... I took it from inside, so it's a little blurry.

I'm going to cut my tulips and daffy's today ... they're gonna die tonight if they stay outside. My bleeding hearts are growing like crazy ... wonder if I should put buckets over them for the night.
