That was me hiking the Hemlock Cliffs trail in the Hoosier National forest in Crawford County. I have more pictures of this area on flickr, as do other people, if you are interested. It was really nice, I was the only one out there that day and probably the only one around for a couple miles.

Took a couple shots last night .. when I ordered my mulch on Wednesday, the nursery had spectacular fuscia baskets, so I just had to have one and I hung it in my birch tree.
This lilac bush has to be about 15 years old. When we moved in, the previous owners didn't take care of the landscaping, so it's been an interesting 2 years seeing what I could bring back to life with a little love and what was dormant for years. This lilac didn't bloom when we moved in, but last year and this year ... well, whoever says that plants don't respond to care ... phooey on you, this lilac is almost as tall as my house now and it smells gooooooooooooooooood!
