Advice, at wits end (Washington: house, construction, school)

I figured I'd post my situation here and see if any of you fine folk would have some advice or recommendations to share. We are a younger couple with a 2yr old. I'm a farm kid and he's a city boy.After being away from IN, we've decided to consider giving it another whirl. I am originally from Washington County, which is an area we are considering mainly because of family connections, so here's our list of what we would like to find:

Organic/whole food/food co-ops/ decent farmers markets

Alternative schooling (like Montessori) or areas friendly to Home schooling

We would like to find something like 5ac with a small house (probably needing work) for around $100k (Hey, I can dream right?) We want to be out in the country. We do NOT want to be in the suburbs or subdivisions.

Have some sort of High Speed Internet. My fiance is in the tech field and telecommutes so this is crucial.

If we build a home, we are interested in Strawbale and other alternative construction, so an area that might be receptive to that or at least ignore us.

Somewhere with a live and let live mentality, where we can have a small farm.

Any one have any ideas on where I might find such a place? (besides in my dreams)
