cycling in evansville (live in, car, bike)

Are there any roads or bike paths to ride a bike in evansville. Is it feasible to commute to work in any areas of the city?

Hi, I live in Australia and a group of 6 of us are travelling over to Evansville for business in July for a couple of days then we want to hire a car and drive to Las Vegas and spend 3 days there then drive to L.A before flying back to Australia.
Any tips or best routes would be greatly appreciated.Regards

Saintly, that will be a LONG drive to Las Vegas. Are you sure you mean Evansville, Indiana? That is a 26 hour drive to Las Vegas.

Massgirl, there really aren't many bike paths in Evansville. You could ride down by the river I guess, but there's not much in terms of nice, long paths to ride. The only bicycling to work you could really do is if you lived downtown by the river and also worked downtown too.
