Looking to rent a House in Fishers
Looking to rent a house 3b/2b mid May early June - for 6-9 months. Anyone have house for rent? If so please send pics. Have good rental history and references. Thanks

Not sure what your rent max is, but if you look on local realtor websites, you'd be surprised how many rentals are listed. Or you could try Craig's List.

Thanks domergurl for reply. Looked at Craigs list - mostly apts for rent. Some realtors have rentals - not much listed. Looking for max of 1200.00 per month.

I just had a tenant inform that they are bailing out of their 1yr lease agreement after only 2 months. They will be out in 2 weeks, so if you are still looking and interested DM me and I can give you the info and send you some pics. The house is in Fishers off of Brookschool Rd in between 116th & 126th. Nice area, nice neighborhood, nice house. 2,000 sq ft, 4 bdrms, all electric etc.

I am hearing about a lot more homes which were for sale now being rented. When a Seller can't sell, he or she may as well rent it out.
