Boomer w/design for UAP research (fit in, legally, designs)

Hello retired, over-qualified electrical engineer with a gnawing need to understand UAP tech!



Retired after a life of research along with weird and wonderful stuff happening brings me here. I know what and how to build, but my age and skills are long faded toward building prototypes. I'm struggling to find personal help for modern electronic power-transistor designs.


I need help developing IP toward signal isolation from quantum noise. The right help could develop very interesting intellectual property within the group.

Some of my help will be knowing that there are others interested in serious experiments toward what for all account appears to be a temporal engineering proof... to cut to the chase.

One caution to the serious inquirer... this does not translate to mainstream axioms about time. This development does not fit into Maxwell's equations by design and is a perfect opportunity to extended physics theory with data into a gauge theory or Aharonov-Bohm expansion of magnetic qualities or such. I am an experimentalist, not a scientist. I am an odd duck, to boot.

But do not expect science to come knocking on our door. Nu uh! This is rogue science collected from rogue genii of the last seventy years.

This is proprietary experimental development, not a social campaign for anything more than design team member #2.
