Nice little towns around Frankfort?
My husband is considering a job in Frankfort. I am from the South Bend area, and we were looking to move somewhere a bit more rural, and friendly, and small. Does anyone know of any nice little towns around Frankfort/are close enough to commute that would fit this description?

Thorntown, Sheridan and Kirklin are three to the south you might want to check out if you're ok with a 15 mile or so commute. I think Sheridan is largest of the 3, but by no means a large town.

Those are all very small towns: as long as you stay outside the fringes of Indy and Lafayette you will find that smalltown appeal. Frankfort is no metropolis!

You could try:
Clarks Hill
Stockwell
Colfax
Dayton
Rossville
These towns are not that far away from Frankfort.
