Default Moving to the Anderson area care to tell me how it is?

Hello~ I was hoping there would be some people here who can give me an idea of what Anderson and/or its surrounding areas are like.
We will be moving to the area in about a week.
Anderson seems to be a decent size with several schools and I haven't even a clue as to which areas of the town to look for a rental home.
I'd really love to find a decent junior high school for my kids.

So far it seems it will be kind of hard to find a house the size we need (4bdrm 2ba) so I'm open to surrounding towns if anyone can tell me a little about those too.

Thank you!

Okay, you can kind of ignore part of my previous post.. I read a bit more and was able to find more info on Anderson. It isn't the best info I would have liked to find but we are going to have to figure something out. We're heading that direction no matter.

I need to find somewhere with a decent junior high and someplace that actually has a decent sized house to rent. I'm also trying to figure if there are any parts of Anderson that are better than others to live.
We'll be there for 3yrs.

Oh, what other towns again is good to look at? My husband will be working out of Anderson the most. Going toward New Castle is okay and a little bit more toward Indianapolis but not too far from Anderson. He'll be doing a lot of driving as it is.

Live on the north side of Fishers or Noblesville, as close to I-69 as possible. My husband worked in Anderson and we and most of his work collegues either lived in either one of those areas. The schools are better. My former Fishers neighbor commuted to New Castle everyday from there.
