Huge territory, Where to live?
Hi All,
I am being transferred and my territory is between Fort Wayne and Noblesville area. Other towns included in my territory are Kokomo and Muncie. Living in between Fort Wayne and Noblesville would probably be best since I would be able to commute to all areas, but I would also like a nice town. The only towns I am familiar with in Indiana are Bloomington, Columbus and Greenwood and I like all of them. Can someone give me some suggestions of towns to check out that are similar or towns that you like. Not ruling out smaller towns either, so please include them. Just looking for a nice town, shopping, safe, commutable to a bigger city.
Thanks for the help.

I've always liked Huntington .... it's closer to Fort Wayne than Noblesville though.

I do! I went to Manchester for college and one of my favorite professors lives there.

Thanks Everyone. I will check out Huntington. Also, are there any small towns above Noblesville that might be nice? Anyone ever been to Tipton? If you could choose, would you live closer to Fort Wayne or Indy?
Appreciate it!

It depends on what you like to do. If you like the faster pace of a big city, Indy is for you. Fort Wayne is the next largest city after Indy, and I loved living there. It was just big enough, but not too big. Great variety of shopping, places to eat and it seemed to be centrally located to many things. I could drive 2 hrs in any direction and be in Indy, Cleveland or Detroit. Huntington is a nice small town too. If you really would prefer a small town atmosphere but be closer to Indy, then I would go with Muncie/Anderson area. Good luck on your move!

Tipton is about as small town as it gets. They have a pork festival each year that's supposed to be pretty fun. You may want to look at Lapel too. It's closer to I-69.
