JamesinFW is on a distinguished road
Default Hopefully buying a house!

Talked with a real estate and mortgage company who is a customer of mine. I'm in the process of putting in a bid for a house in New Haven (east of FW).

I'm getting a great deal on this place. Built in 1927, 1400 sq feet between the main and upstairs, 758 sq ft in the basement with a 3 car 1048 sq foot garage.

This place is insanely cheap! It sold for double the asking price now in 2003. Once I start tearing into it and fixing it up I could easily make a 40k profit from it.
