Default Looking to move to Muncie

I am looking to possibly move to Muncie. I have one child left at home and is currently in the 9th grade. I want a good school as he currently goes to a school that is rated A- for the state of Michigan. It sound like Yorktown is the place to live.I think at first I would like to rent until my wife and I can find a sutible place together. What are the prices for these type of places? I want a place to live that is as crime/drug/problem free as possible. Asking alot these days but where we currently live is possibly one of the best places we have lived in that the above listed is very accurate. I would like the same or as close to it as possible. Thanks for any responses.
