As I mentioned in a previous post, we "won" our case in court, but we are awaiting the final court order. Even then, Weiss Homes has indicated they may try to appeal the jury's decision. The jury found Weiss Homes in breach of contract and fraud. Also, they sought a lien in the amount of $166,000; the jury awarded them $0.
Michiana needs to take a closer look at this builder...

Ok Xray ... that's enough. You set up an invite only group to air your issues with Weiss (I'm on your side btw ... but ... ), so can we leave it at that??

worried ?
So are all the issues on here just about insulation or are there other things I should keep an eye on while home is going up, since the construction manager from what is said on here might not be very good.
