Default The Polls are Now Open!!!

It's time to vote for the POTUS.

I would like to keep this as a voting only poll if that's ok ... I really thought a lot about doing this because this year's election has really brought out the best and worst in people. The only replies I would like to see are write in candidates

I pulled the names from the vote-in.org site. The following are the folks on the Indiana ballot. For a complete ballot for other elected officials, check out the site.

Please have fun.

Oh shoot ... since I can't figure out how to edit the poll, if you would like to vote for Kevin Mottus (I), please write that as well.

Indiana has a pretty cool option for deployed soldiers. We can now vote via email.

FYI for those of you searching for information on those people on the 2008 ballot (not just the President, but the other state and local candidates as well) here's a decent site: Project Vote Smart - American Government, Elections, Candidates and Voting

I voted while my husband was home on R & R. I looked at voting records online and poured over newspaper articles on local candidates and their political and personal histories.
