Warren, IN to Fort Wayne how bad is the commute?
Hi
I found a house in Warren, IN. I am curious how bad is the commute from Warren to Fort Wayne. Also, what is Warren, IN like?

Warren is a small small little farming town just south of Fort Wayne about 35 miles. The commute would mainly be on I-69, which wouldnt be bad. Could be a little trickly in ice/snow, but with it being the main N/S interstate on the east side of Indiana, they keep it clear at all times. If I remember you will be working in Fort Wayne. I would stay in or just outside of Fort Wayne, have you looked in the New Haven area? or Waynedale? Those are bedroom communities of Fort Wayne that might be closer and yet give you the small town feel you are looking for.

I saw your other post on Grabill and I think that would be a better choice because it's closer to FW.

Thank you!! I actually settled on a house in Columbia City. I am renting the house for a year until we determine if we like it there and want to stay in that town or move into Fort Wayne. Thanks again!!

Columbia City is a good choice Jrhvh, small, yet close enough to FTW for you to take advantage of what the city has to offer. Also nice that US30 is now 4 lane from CC to FTW. I hope you enjoy your time here in Hoosierland!
