i was wondering if it has changed much in the last 20 yrs.. used to live there havent been back in years.. thx

I don't think much has changed, except the upgraded the playground, and anyone parked backwards is a gay prostitution arrangement.

Yes I think it has probably changed a lot. Rum Village area isn't THAT bad, but I don't live in South Bend for a reason, I only rent there.

Yes it has changed quite a bit over the last 10 years
I grew up there but I wouldn't live there any more
It has gone way down

sorry to hear that, it was a great place to grow up in. Used to love going up in the woods, playing ball at walker field in the summer and skating there in the winter.
