Default Granger or Osceola?

Still a newbie and still working on my quest for homeownership. Im curious what feedback I get from the question....Granger or Osceola? We have mainly focused our home search in Granger so I know very little about Osceola. The home we looked at is off of Jefferson, very close to Elkhart county. Between apple and countyline road. This area is Penn schools. Im curious as far as resale value or just general appeal, which is better Granger or Osceola?
