very important question i need help please (home, incomes)

my girlfriend is now 17, she will be 18 in april 09. she was living with me and all of a sudden her mom got a wild hair up her u know what, so she made her move back in with her. were waitin till april cuz shell b 18. now her mom is sayin she can make her stay at home untill shes 21, is this possible, ty for anyinfo.

Probably not what you hoped to hear, but if my 17 year old daughter wanted to move in with a young man, I would have a thing or two to say about it. It wouldn't be pleasant. I believe one is legally recognized as an adult for most purposes at 18. I certainly hope both of you are financially self sufficient.

well weve been together for 2 years. her mom just got a wild hair up her u know what. i have a job making 14 dollars an hour, im not sayin thats alot now days cuz really it takes 2 incomes to make it i know. but her mom said she can make it where she cant move out until shes 21 which i dont see that happening cuz i dont think you can, but thank you for ur imput.
