My grandmother had a retangular end table. On the underside of the top is a label with Cochran Chair Company - Aurora, Indiana, Number 6200. I, too, would be very interested in hearing more about this chair. My grandmother was married around 1908, and I am sure she bought this chair soon afterwards. I would love to know it's value.

I am sorry. That last message was wrong. The table is triangular 19 X 19 X 19 inches. the legs and sides are very ornate. Again, any help is appreciated.

I just found a death notice for Norman Byram (a distant grandfather) who was president of Indianapolis Chair Company in the early 1900's. I don't know if this information will help. Good luck in your search.

I also have 6 T-Back chairs that are quarter-sawn. They have leather seats with some padding. All have the Cochan Chair Company stamp on the bottom.
Has anyone found an approximate value of the chairs?

Default Cochran Chair Co.

I have a mission style rocker with a sticker on the bottom that says Cochran Chair Co., Manufacturer, Aurora, Illinois. I bought it for 25.00 at a community garage sale in Santa Margarita, Ca last year. I can`t seem to find any information on this company or value of my rocker either.

I have a wooden rocker with a leather seat that has a label indicating it was made by Cochran Furniture Co in Cochran, IN. From what I understand from another posting, the chair was made before 1900. Has anyone ever found a website that would have pictures of early Cochran furniture?
