Default Driving test in Columbus

Hi All,

I recently got my driving learners permit and will be giving my driving skills test this week. It will be greatly appreciated if anyone can suggest me how long a driving test in Columbus be, or how many miles is the test, or which highway do they usually take us onto. I am good driver but am tensed by the word " test" , any info will be very useful.

I think the usual test is about an hour. As for miles or what Highways that is left up to you.

When I took my driver's test; I passed someone on the right.

Don't do that.

It depends on who you get. I got the older guy. I drove through a stop sign and I still passed the first time. My brother on the other hand got the woman and he went through a yellow light and failed. I just went around downtown and the library. no biggie. That was years ago, though. Good luck!

Default Columbus Driving Test

The testing in Columbus is usually done right downtown. They try to mess you up so that you CAN'T pass it. Watch for all the one way streets..............they even try to tell you to turn down them...just to make sure if you are paying attention. From what I know they try to make it so you have to take it more than one time. Just be aware of everything and all the signs and arrows in the turn lanes.

Good luck.
