Looking For Haunted Places In Southern Indiana (Corydon: to live in, places to see)

OK, It has been quite a while since I last wrote, we moved in our new home and no spirits so far, yea, anyway, I was looking at some photo's that my wife had took to send to the current owners before our house was sold and clear as on TV there is an old woman standing in the window on the second floor to the left. She looks as if she is looking to the left, which would have been towards some other old houses that some of the family that built the house live in, I mean my eyes start watering when I just look at it, actually they are wateriing up just talking about it. any way, let me see if I can post it here, JRB73IN/OLD HOUSE - Photobucket - Video and Image Hostingthat is the link to the pictures I have on photobucket, ,,

ive heard that hartfield in new albany is also haunted. ive been in there myself and have experienced a couple of crazy things.

My team has investigated The Witches castle with over 13 hours of investigation time. During our investigation we used a mini Franks/ghost box and we have determined with the appearance of a large Black shadow and the box that The Witches Castle IS haunted.

Shanda was NOT murdered at the Castle.

If this thread is still alive, id like to share my experiences at my own house.

My name is Tate, im 17 and ive lived in the same house for about 10 years. When i was younger, i was always afraid of my closet in my room. Normal for a kid, but still, there had to be a reason i was afraid. After about 3 months of living in this house, when i first moved in, i was sleeping in my room when i was woken up by my dog. My dog was growling at my closet door. I was so scared i couldnt move. Just when i thought things couldnt get worse, the door started to shake. Like something was trying to escape. I dont remember much of what happened after that, but i remember that door shaking.

After a few years, nothing really happened. Untill about last year.

My sister's friend moved into my house because they are going to college together. This didnt phase me much so i went along on my way doing what i do. But after a month of her moving in, things started happening. One particular time forced me to overcome my fear of ghosts.

It was about 4 am, and i was still awake. It was the summer, so there was no school in the morning. I went down my stairs to my bathroom to take a leak. As i got in the bathroom, something didnt sit right with me. I just felt.. unwanted. I proceeded to do my business... when suddenly i saw something in the corner of my eye. A reflection off the mirror to my right. I looked its way. I saw nothing. So i looked down at the toilet, scared for my life, trying to hurry up. When i looked up, i saw the same thing i had seen seconds ago. This time, i snapped over and looked at the mirror. A black figure was standing next to me, through the mirror. I looked at it for a split second, and then it moved out of view quickly. I closed my eyes, and walked upstairs. I couldnt believe what just happened, and my heart was beating hard. Whatever i saw, wanted me to be scared.

This led me to believe my childhood fears, were not just fears. I really think my house, or I myself am haunted. Gina, my sisters friend who moved in, told me a couple of times, shes seen a "shadow man" walking behind me when i walk through the house. I am constantly waking up in the middle of the night, for no reason. I have nightmares every night. Whatever this is that is bothering me, needs to be stopped. Its effecting my school, and my social life.

My parents do not believe my house is haunted. Nor do my sisters. But im convinced that there is something here. My mother said its probably my brother. My brother drown in our pool in the backyard in 1998. So she thinks its him, watching over me. But i dont think my brother would try to scare me.

My parents also say, that before my house was built there, that there was a biker bar in its place. Maybe something happened there to cause this? I honestly dont know.
