Just saw this on the front page of Indystar dot com

I can't say as I'm shocked due to the economy and that sort of thing but I kind of expected CP to be the last to fall in their price bracket, kwim?  's what I get for thinking, huh? |

I see that a new real estate/building company has been launched in Indianapolis--Davis Building Group. Now that is pretty amazing in this environment when most other companies are either laying off or going belly up.

Davis Homes has been in the area for a long time, they stopped operations as a new home builder and reworked their business to become "Davis Building Group". Their focus is now going to be on buying and rehabbing HUD homes and foreclosures, and then selling them.
