I am making a spicy black-eyed pea and rice casserole with kale, sweet potato and chipotle peppers.
I am also having a glass of merlot to celebrate end of tax season.

Breaded pork patties with melted white American cheese and Ragu tomato sauce, side of spaghetti, packaged salad greens with salad dressing, home made garlic bread and pop for me and milk for my husband.

**"tried"** to eat corndogs with barbeque sauce instead of Ketchup..it didnt go down to well. ( We were out of ketchup)
