Depends. Lawrence Twp. has a system of magnet schools that your kids can test into if the school that they districted into isn't what you or your child wants. It's hard to say generally as a result. I know a few of their schools were recently named 4 star schools, neither of the high schools though. Amy Beverland and Indian Creek elementary come to mind as 4 star. You can always look at the DOE website for more concrete information. I do have a friend who is in the midst of getting her son into a magnet program and she's frustrated at how stressful it is to get your child into a good magnet program.
