Default Groomer from texas wanting to move closer to family evensville area

I own a pet grooming bz in south Texas. I am considering a move to Indiana to be closer to my family. I would like to reopen a shop there. They are in the evensville area. any info about the schools, housing, and how local groomers have held out with the economy, leasing prices for commercial property, Do you need a license to groom in Indiana.Texas does not require one, however I have been grooming for 20 years.I am doing well with the economy here. Any info would be greatly appreciated!!
