Default Huntington Schools?

We currently live in Arizona, but are looking to (hopefully) move this summer to Indiana. We have found a home in Huntington that we really like, but I am curious what people have to say about Roanoke Elementary and Crestview Middle Schools.
I've researched Greatschools.net and the ratings are pretty good, but there's nothing like hearing first hand!

Thanks in advance!

I have nothing but positives to share about Roanoke Elementary.

I conduct after school enrichment classes there and am always looking forward to my visits there (I have two this week *smile*). The principal, faculty, and staff are all class acts, self-motivated, and really seem to care about the children. I always have as many parent helpers as I request for my classes (which is unusual as I am usually on my own at all the other schools I teach at), and the children are great (normal/down to earth and nice).

I live out in the suburbs of Fort Wayne and wish I had a school like Roanoke nearby - it's a great learning environment and not just another run of the mill public school.

Thank you for the info. From things I have read that district seems good, but hearing first hand is soooo much better!
