Default moving to Middlebury in northeast Indiana

My husband and I are wanting to relocate to Middlebury in Elkhart county so he can be closer to work. We have 2 cats. Can anyone give me any ideas about pet-friendly places to rent there? Are there very many rental properties there? We only need 1 bedroom. When I try to search online I seem to get referred to Goshen a lot and we want to live in Middlebury. Thanks!

Call local real estate companies.. I saw maybe 15 properties with FOR RENT signs on them in nice neighborhoods while out house shopping recently in the area, all small ranch houses. I think going rents are 650-900 a month now. Most of them are pet friendly as if you owned your own home.

Celty, Middlebury has very few apartments, thats why the sites are sending you to Goshen. Check this site: Middlebury, IN Rentals by Kent Miller Kent is an agent in the same office I work out of. He can help you find something.
Dont be put off by his "no pets" in the ads, hes willing to negoiate

Good luck on your move
