Question Curious about Warsaw IN area

What are good neighborhoods/cities with in Warsaw area to look at at price range of $450-650,00 houses obviously good schools low crime, etc? Is this a VERY small town- are there any main stream stores other than Walmart and Target (no offense intended- I LOVE TARGET) but I do like to visit other stores and restaurants and am wondering if there are just mom and pop places? Thanks for any insight!

I grew up near Warsaw. You won't have any problems finding a lovely home in your pricerange. Warsaw is a small town. I don't think they have a Target, you'd need to go down the road to Fort Wayne for that. Warsaw has it's own school system that's pretty good (it was when I was growing up). Lots of lakes ... lots of out of towners. If you want a little bigger town with more amenities, you may want to look into Fort Wayne.

I had the same question about Warsaw IN. I have an interview coming up with a company in that area, if I get the job I will have to relocate from NY.

I think you should try looking outside of Warsaw and in the lake Wawasee area. You may enjoy living there more and yet an easy drive to Warsaw.
