Default Question about Sellersburg, IN

We are moving in a few weeks to the Louisville area. We are thinking that we want to live across the bridge in Indiana. Does anyone know anything about Sellersburg, IN... more specifically about the Somerset Court Townhouses? We went and toured the Louisville area already and these just recently came to our attention. If you could just tell me what the area is like and anything you know about these townhomes I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Here is a link to the apartments.

I don't know anything about Somerset Court, but I do know that some friends of mine just moved to Sellersburg and they really like it so far. I just live one town away in New Albany. Sellerburg has good schools, small town, close to I-65, ......you have some fast food restaurants, a grocery store, ..there is a very good hair salon!!! =) (Le Body on 31) Plus it is really a growing community. Art in Speed Park (end of August) is a very nice festival that S-burg offers.
