Possible move to Indiana?
You've received lots of good advice. Greensburg is almost half-way between Indianapolis and Cincinnati. Hopefully, we'll see lots of growth in the towns surrounding Greensburg - Rushville, Batesville, Shelbyville....living in any of those towns, you'll have to drive to shop much more than WalMart and a couple of low-end department stores. But everyone who lives in that area is used to it.
Lots of recreational activities nearby - Brookville Lake, Lake Santee, etc., some local theatre, just an hour from Madison on the Ohio River - nice area. Indiana has a great Interstate network, and you can get anywhere easily. It takes me 30 minutes to Shelbyville from downtown Indianapolis, and Greensburg is another 20/30 minutes beyond...all highway driving.
Hope you get to move back north!
