Default Relocating to Fort Wayne - Advice Needed
I am considering a home in the Coves of Westlakes subdivision. I understand it is in the SWAC school districts which is a good one. Does anyone know if this is a good subdivision and if the homes have good resale potential. Also is it close to good shopping?

It will be very close to shopping, restaurants, and schools. It's a fantastic location. Like you mentioned, the schools are great.

Normally it is a good area for re-sale, but things are slow all over now. In Fort Wayne you never see the huge spikes in real estate, so don't expect to make a big profit on any home that you buy and sell.
