Fishers Subdivisions (Hamilton, McCordsville: for sale, house, neighborhoods)

We will be moving to Fishers's and I have narrowed it down to two communities; Hamilton Proper and Cambridge (right on Geist in McCordsville). Can anyone give me some insight into the positives and negatives of both communities? I have 4 young children, ages 9,6,4,2.

Cambridge is more established, older homes in some parts, mature trees. Close to Geist Elementary and the reservoir. HP is newer, nice golf club with awesome amenities, not that many old growth trees. I think that HP is a little more move in-move out, Cambridge is more stable.

Both neighborhoods are very very nice, but I like Cambridge better since it's more established. It really boils down to which house you love. You can't go wrong with either.
