Default Fort Wayne... does anyone know what these are???
I noticed these things a few weeks back hanging from a street sign here in Fort Wayne and have not been able to figure out what they are.... Does anyone know?

They look like bagworms from a spruce tree.

They do look like bagworms (I checked the page)! What the heck are they doing there??? My daughter says they must have been confused because the sign is tall and green like a tree....
