This is a pretty useful website.

Where to find pick your own farms and orchards in northern Indiana for fruit, vegetables, pumpkins and Christmas trees.

If you feel like a drive you might also use it to search for Michigan Farms.

My family just went to Cook's Orchard today (Northwest Fort Wayne, north on Hillegas just beyond Cook Rd) and it was awesome (we had never been apple picking before). As I was told previously, there are a lot of bees around orchards though so going on a day which has wind, and dressing in long sleeves and pants is a good idea.
