Could anyone describe to me how Tipton is? How good of a town is it? availability to going to Indianapolis, closest shopping centers, it's Main ST, that one that is the main business district etc. I know someone who is writting something fiction and it will take place in Tipton. My friend does not know when he will finish it,he is busy and only has so much time to work on it. I'd appreciate any input.
