Default Kingman Indiana

Hello,I will be moving to the Kingman area soon.I am looking to buy a 1996 or newer mobile home,cheap.Very cheap!A fixer upper is fine as long as doesn't have anything major wrong with it.Thanks for your time!

Man your moving to the right spot for a cheap trailer (Indiana). Try Kingsford heights or kingsbury. There is a couple of trailer parks out there. were the average price is 5,000-6,000 dollars for an 80's trailer. 90's is about 8,000-12,000 dollars, Newer is about 16,000+, but in all cases land is rented.

It's "Indiana" were you can get a 1993-1998 1200 sq. modular home with a garage for 50,000 - 70,000 dollars on about 1 acre in some areas (land owned).
