Question FW farmers' market?

Growing up in FW I often went with my dad on Saturday morning to the South Side Farmers Market. I know the place still exists, but it's nothing like it was. For a while I think FW tried a weekly market downtown, but it didn't last for some reason. A couple years ago when we were home for a visit we shopped the Salomon Farm market. That was a very small market with limited selection. There's a small farm stand off Hadley Road that I visit when we're in town, but was wondering if there's anything else on a larger scale.

I learned today that the Barr Street Market has been revived. Good for FW!!! It opens next month. Hope to stop by later this summer when we're home for a visit.

Excellent. I'm not really sure about any of this, but one thing I do know. Is said all done by LOCAL farmers, so it will go to a good cause helping out local farmers and two I trust the local more than national products, I rather spend a little more to make sure I'm not getting e-coli infested foods.
