I would also suggest you look at Craigslist-Terre Haute. You might also find a babysitter on there.

Sullivan is a step above most of the local towns and cities but the local government leaves a lot to be desired. The "Culture shock" from when we first moved to the area was quite a depressing time. Hill billy politics and back word / back woods politics was the biggest issue. BUT if you are looking primarily for a great camping and fishing grounds this would have to be some place at the top of the list. Cost of living is below most of the country and I have lived in 11 states in my 54 years. Sullivan is evolving to the good side and like I said it is ahead of the surrounding towns. I don't intend to live here for very long. Air pollution is a big issue here as all the surrounding power plants burn coal and are not always compliant.

Found one in Robinson. Have a daughter that works basically for the state of Michigan. She made some phone calls and found one a half mile from the plant. Thanks everyone. Sullivan is a great place. Very glad we chose this as our new location.
