Adding my .02. You being from Chicago, the weather won't be an issue for you. Your wife and daughter being in the health field can go either way depending on the census like any city. There are a lot of health professionals here currently as it's a major health center but depending on hours willing to work etc they will have ample opportunity for gainful employment.
