Besides the Carmel area of Indy. Rank which sides of Indy are growing the fastest.
My observation is.
1-north side
2-north east side
3-northwest side
4-west side-
5-south side
6-east side
7-southwest side
8-southeast side

Do you guys agree or do you think that recently Indy could be growing in a different direction?

I don't spend too much time outside of the central, east or southside areas, but I've been seeing quite a bit of new construction in the greenwood area. Pretty surprising, I would never build a new house now with all of the great foreclosure deals you could get in on. That is what I do for a living though...

Hamilton County, for sure. Home sales are rebounding there as well. One of my friends sold his home seven days after listing, and closed seven days after that. Another couple I know sold their home in 30 days.

Hamilton County grew 50% from 2000 to 2010. Hendricks grew 34% over the same timespan so Hamilton it is.
