Can somebody tell me what the point of those giant teeth looking multi colored "decorations" are on in the grass inside the loops on the Holt Road exit on I 70?
How much money was wasted putting those eyesores there?
They look like giant teeth from a dentists office.

Not saying I like it, but it's supposed to be "art," and is part of the beautification project for all interchanges along I-70 leading to downtown on the westside. The project was sponsored by Keep Indianapolis Beautiful. No tax monies spent.
They remind me more of giant Chicklets popping out of the ground.
