Ok I know that each area has it's good and it's bad but my husband leaves next week to look at homes in INDY and we are pretty much down to three zipcodes. 46208, 46218, and 46235. The latter seems to be a better area but I wondered what you all thought? We don't have much money for a home so since my husband has been a union carpenter for the past 20yrs we figured buy one of the damaged ones and he could put it back to rights.
