Sonny Jurgenson, the former Redskin QB doing analysis on Redskin radio broadcasts says Peyton would be a good player-coach, either head coach or offensive coordinator somewhere. I still recall a scene during a tv broadcast of a Ravens-Colts game, Peyton on the sideline studying still photos of Ravens defensive alignments and Ravens QB at the time, Steve McNair sitting on the Ravens bench fat and happy. The Colts understandably don't want to pay that big bonus for the uncertainty of his neck thing but Peyton remains an offensive asset.

Never thought I'd see this day come...despite all the speculation up until today, feels like a punch to the gut. Hope Luck proves to be even half as good as advertised...anything less and Irsay will go down as a goat.

ya i know whats your point?

Point is Andrew luck was doing very well under pressure and he was able to move the ball around and avoid being sacked. he is a born to be quarterback.

Keep in mind, Drew Stanton and Chandler Harnish also looked like stud QBs against STL Rams and their vaunted swiss cheese defense.

Also, Peyton plays in Denver. Why would talk of Andrew Luck who is the Colts QB be in a thread about FORMER colt Peyton Manning?
