If its a 4 lane road and the driver struck the center support beam im guessing the driver fell asleep
A school bus driver also fell asleep up in Tippecanoe County and wrecked a school bus. However, there were no fatalities or serious bodily injuries in that one.

My understanding this was a bus for a charter school...shouldn't the title be changed to reflect that?

Why? It was a typical yellow school bus.

I think what he's saying is that the thread title implies that it was a Beech Grove school bus, which it wasn't.

When I posted the thread I was actually going to entitle it "Southside bus crash" but thought someone might think it was inappropriate since the northside/southside debate was going on at the time. So I said "Beech Grove" meaning the location, not the school. Early reports of the crash didn't mention the school the bus belonged to anyway.

No problem, although I think the actual crash location is slightly north of the Beech Grove line. I could be wrong, though.

To be fair, the bus crash didn't happen in Beech Grove anyway. I do not really see why it matters though.

I figured with so many people who search about schools on here, it was kinda unfair to Beech Grove schools to make it sound like one of their buses had crashed.
