Hi all,
my house is under contract,
I plan to rent for a short time (not longer than 6 months) before I buy my next house,
looking for a house to rent in June-December:
outside of I-465, minimum 1200 sf, minimum 2 car attached garage, maximum $800.
I'll consider all replies whether you post here, or contact me through PM, thanks.

Also, I welcome any information about houses for sale under $100,000, with fireplace and basement, in Putnam, Hendricks, Morgan, Johnson, and Hamilton counties. Fixer-upper is preferable.

Many people simply don't like apartment living and wish to have the privacy a house affords.

That's exactly my case.
Plus, 3 adults = 3 cars = parking situation ..

Only in America......do we leave cars worth 30,000 dollars in the driveway and put junk worth 300 dollars in the garage.
I want a garage for cars. Thank you for suggestion anyway.

It just seamed by your post that you were looking short term. 6 months. Apartments and some townhomes fit that plus the storage locker idea is also for cars as well as items. I use one for work and there are plenty of people who have a car project who use one. 3 adults in a 3 bedroom apartment along with a garage for 6 months might just be your answer. But good luck either way. You can also find furnished units in case you dont want to lug stuff twice.
